Our company is a plastic packaging manufacturer integrating R&D, design, production and sales. Since 1997, we has been engaged in the plastic packaging industry, focusing on the production of plastic packaging for 27 years. Our company covers an area of 35000 ㎡and is designed and built according to the industrial 4.0 intelligent factory. The building area is around 20,000 square meters, of which 8,000㎡ is 100,000-level dust-free cleaning workshops. We have 4 high-speed printing production lines of international brands such as BOBST and ULTRAMAR , with the printing speed of 400 m/min and 10 colors printing, which can meet the printing quality requirements from different customers. At the same time, it is equipped with two kinds of composite equipment, dry type and solvent-free, to meet the demands of customers with different functions. The finished product workshop is equipped with several high-speed slitting and multiple high-precision bag making machines, which can achieve a daily output of 50 tons of roll films and 3 million bags per day.

Raw materials are analyzed using Gas Chromatographs to detect impurities or contaminants, ensuring only premium-grade polymers enter production.Water Vapor Transmission Testers evaluate moisture resistance, critical for products sensitive to humidity.
In-Process Quality Control
Heat Seal Testers monitor seal strength in real-time, preventing weak bonds or leaks.Coefficient of Friction Testers ensure smooth handling and safe transportation by optimizing surface properties.
Post-Production Verification
Gas Permeability Analyzers validate barrier performance against oxygen, CO₂, and other gases.Pendulum Impact Testers simulate real-world stress to confirm tear resistance.
